MUSE（“我们”）是一款帮助你整理衣橱、获得穿搭建议并预览试穿效果的应用。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用，以及你可以如何控制这些信息。
我们收集的信息
- 账户信息。你的邮箱地址。通过 Apple 登录时，如果你选择隐藏邮箱，我们只会收到 Apple 生成的中转地址。你填写的昵称（可选）。
- 你上传的照片。单品照片、用于创建形象的人像照片，以及由此生成的抠图、形象和试穿图。
- 衣橱内容。单品的类别、颜色、季节、正式度等属性，你保存的搭配、穿搭日历和旅行计划。
- 你写下的偏好。穿衣习惯、场合说明和旅行备注。
- 语音输入。使用语音输入时，录音会实时发送到语音识别服务转写为文字。我们不保存录音，只保留转写出的文字。
- 购买记录。Apple 处理全部付款。我们只保存交易编号、商品标识、价格与货币，用于发放和核对点数。我们不会接触你的支付方式或银行卡信息。
MUSE 不包含第三方广告或分析 SDK，不会追踪你在其他 App 或网站上的活动。
我们如何使用这些信息
- 识别你上传的单品，生成抠图、形象、试穿图和旅行封面。
- 结合天气、场合与你的穿衣偏好，生成搭配和旅行建议。
- 维护你的账户、点数余额与会员状态。
- 发送登录验证码等必要的服务邮件。
- 排查故障、防止滥用与保障服务安全。
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将你的照片用于训练我们自己的模型。
第三方服务
为了完成上述功能，我们会把必要的数据交给下列服务处理：

跨境传输。上述部分服务位于中国大陆境外。当你使用识别、生成或搜索功能时，相关数据会被传输至境外服务器处理。继续使用这些功能即表示你了解并同意该传输。
存储与保留
你的衣橱资料保存在我们运行的服务器上，直到你删除它们或删除账户。你可以随时在 App 内删除单品、搭配、形象与试穿图；删除后无法恢复。删除账户后，我们会清除与该账户关联的衣橱资料与照片；出于税务与对账义务，交易记录可能会按法律要求保留更长时间。
你的选择与权利
- 在 App 内随时删除任意单品、搭配、形象或试穿图。
- 随时修改或清空你写下的穿衣偏好与昵称。
- 照片访问权限由 iOS 控制，你可以只授权选中的照片，或随时在系统设置中撤回。
- 如需查询、导出或删除你的账户与全部数据，请写信到 support@muse-ai.vip，我们会在 30 天内处理。
安全
数据在传输过程中使用 TLS 加密。照片通过带有效期的链接访问，登录状态使用有时效的令牌维持。没有任何系统能保证绝对安全，但我们会持续改进防护措施。
儿童
MUSE 不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童，我们不会有意收集他们的个人信息。若你认为孩子向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。
政策变更
本政策如有变更，我们会更新本页顶部的日期；涉及重大变化时会在 App 内提示。

MUSE (“we”) is an app for organising your wardrobe, getting styling suggestions and previewing how a look suits you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your address, we only receive the relay address Apple gives us. Your display name, if you enter one.
- Photos you upload. Pictures of your items, the portrait you use to create an avatar, and the cutouts, avatars and try-on images generated from them.
- Wardrobe content. Item attributes such as category, colour, season and formality, along with the looks, calendar entries and trips you save.
- What you write. Your style preferences, occasion notes and trip notes.
- Voice input. When you dictate, audio is streamed to a speech service and turned into text. We do not store the audio, only the text it produces.
- Purchases. Apple handles all payments. We keep the transaction identifier, product, price and currency so we can grant and reconcile credits. We never see your payment method.
MUSE contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
- Recognising the items you upload and generating cutouts, avatars, try-ons and trip covers.
- Producing styling and trip suggestions from the weather, the occasion and your preferences.
- Maintaining your account, credit balance and membership.
- Sending necessary service email such as sign-in codes.
- Diagnosing faults, preventing abuse and keeping the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train our own models.
Service providers
To deliver those features, we pass the data below to the following services:

International transfers. Some of these services are located outside your country. When you use recognition, generation or search, the relevant data is transferred to servers abroad for processing.
Storage and retention
Your wardrobe is stored on servers we operate until you delete it or delete your account. You can remove any item, look, avatar or try-on in the app at any time, and removal is permanent. When an account is deleted we erase the wardrobe content and photos associated with it; transaction records may be kept longer where tax and accounting law requires it.
Your choices
- Delete any item, look, avatar or try-on in the app whenever you like.
- Change or clear your written preferences and display name at any time.
- Photo access is controlled by iOS. You can grant access to selected photos only, or withdraw it in Settings.
- To access, export or delete your account and all of its data, write to support@muse-ai.vip and we will act within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted with TLS in transit. Photos are served through links that expire, and sessions are held with time-limited tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep improving these protections.
Children
MUSE is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
