使用 MUSE 即表示你同意本条款。如果你不同意，请停止使用本应用。

服务说明

MUSE 提供衣橱整理、穿搭建议、形象与虚拟试穿图生成，以及旅行穿搭规划。搭配建议与生成图片均由 AI 产生，仅供参考。

账户

你需要注册账户才能保存衣橱资料。请对账户下的活动负责，并妥善保管登录邮箱。我们可能会在你严重违反本条款时暂停或终止账户。

点数

  • 每生成一张图片消耗 1 点：单品抠图、专属形象、虚拟试穿或旅行封面。文字建议与旅行规划不消耗点数。
  • 如果生成失败或被取消，该点数会自动退回。
  • 新账户首次使用时获赠 30 点。
  • 点数只能在 MUSE 内使用，不可转让、不可兑换现金。

会员与订阅

  • MUSE 月度会员为自动续期订阅，价格 ¥30 / 月（中国大陆），其他国家和地区以 App Store 显示的当地价格为准。
  • 首月 ¥15 的优惠仅适用于首次开通的用户，每个订阅组每位用户仅限一次。
  • 会员每月获得 100 点，在每个计费周期开始时重置为 100 点，未用完的部分不累积到下个周期。
  • 加购的点数包长期有效，不随订阅周期重置；退订后已加购的点数仍可继续使用。
  • 生成图片时优先扣除会员点数，会员点数用完后才会扣除加购的点数。
  • 点数包仅向有效会员销售。
  • 费用在确认购买时由你的 Apple ID 账户支付。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅会自动续期并扣费。
  • 你可以随时在 iOS「设置 › Apple ID › 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。取消将在当前周期结束时生效，已付费用不退。
  • 如果价格调整，我们会依 Apple 的规则提前通知，并在需要时征得你的同意。

退款

通过 App Store 完成的购买由 Apple 处理退款，请依照 Apple 的退款流程申请。若因我们的服务故障导致点数被错误扣除，请联系我们，我们会补回相应点数。

你的内容

你上传的照片与写下的内容仍归你所有。为了提供服务，你授权我们存储这些内容，并将必要部分传输给隐私政策所列的服务商进行处理。请只上传你有权使用的照片；上传他人肖像前，请取得对方同意。

使用规范

  • 不得上传违法、侵权、色情或含有他人隐私的内容。
  • 不得利用生成的形象或试穿图冒充他人，或制作误导性内容。
  • 不得以自动化方式滥用接口、绕过点数机制或干扰服务运行。

关于生成结果

试穿图用于展示搭配效果，不代表实际尺码、材质或合身程度，也不构成购买建议。AI 生成的图片与文字可能存在偏差，请以实物为准。

服务变更

我们可能会调整、暂停或终止部分功能。若终止提供服务，我们会提前通知，并为尚未使用的订阅权益作出合理安排。

免责与责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，MUSE 按“现状”提供，不对适销性、特定用途适用性作出保证。对于间接、附带或后果性损失，我们不承担责任；我们的累计责任以你在此前 12 个月内为本服务支付的金额为限。

适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。相关争议应友好协商解决，协商不成时提交我们住所地有管辖权的人民法院。上述约定不影响你作为消费者依所在地法律享有的强制性权利。

By using MUSE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

The service

MUSE organises your wardrobe, suggests outfits, generates avatars and try-on images, and plans what to wear on a trip. Suggestions and generated images are produced by AI and are for guidance only.

Your account

An account is needed to save your wardrobe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in address. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms.

Credits

  • Each generated image costs one credit: a garment cutout, an avatar, a try-on or a trip cover. Written suggestions and trip planning are free.
  • If a generation fails or is cancelled, the credit is returned automatically.
  • A new account receives 30 credits once.
  • Credits can only be used inside MUSE. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Membership

  • MUSE Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription priced at US$5.99 a month, or the local price shown in the App Store.
  • The discounted first month is available only to customers subscribing for the first time, once per subscription group.
  • Membership includes 100 credits a month. The balance resets to 100 at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits do not carry over.
  • Credits you buy separately never expire and are not reset. They remain usable if your membership ends.
  • Monthly credits are spent first; credits you bought are only used once the monthly ones run out.
  • Credit packs are sold to active members only.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the current period is not refunded.
  • If the price changes we will give notice in line with Apple's rules and ask for your consent where required.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple, so please use Apple's refund process. If credits were deducted because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore them.

Your content

The photos you upload and the text you write remain yours. To run the service you allow us to store that content and to send the necessary parts to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy for processing. Please upload only photos you have the right to use, and get consent before uploading someone else's likeness.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, sexual or privacy-invading content.
  • Do not use generated avatars or try-on images to impersonate someone or to create misleading material.
  • Do not abuse the API, work around the credit system or otherwise interfere with the service.

About generated results

A try-on shows how a combination looks. It does not represent real size, fabric or fit, and it is not purchase advice. AI images and text can be inaccurate, so trust the real garment.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause or withdraw features. If we stop providing the service we will give notice and deal fairly with any subscription time already paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, MUSE is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes go to a competent court at our place of business. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
